BYSTRAYA POCHTA – Money Transfers
“Bystraya Pochta” is a system of money transfers between natural persons without opening a banking account in US dollars and Euro. An important advantage of this money transfer system is the fact that a transfer can be received in
any Service Office of “Bystraya Pochta”.
Money Transfers “Bystraya Pochta” means:
Quickly – the transfer speed is 5 minutes.
Simply – minimum formalities on sending a transfer.
Cheaply – most low commissions charged for a transfer in comparison with analogous money transfer systems.

How to Send a Money Transfer:
- address any of the numerous Clients Servicing Offices of Agroprombank which operate in convenient hours, including days off;
- fill in the form “For Sending Money”;
- give the filled form “For Sending Money” to a bank worker, show your passport, pay the amount of the transfer and commission for the banking service. Thereat, if the amount of the transfer is over 5 000,00 US dollars, you should show a document which certifies currency origin;
- take a copy of the form with a ten-digit Control Transfer Number (CTN);
- inform the Remittee of the CTN; in several minutes the Remittee is able to receive money.
In case of a mistake in Remittee’s data the transfer can be canceled by the Remitter with full return of the transfer amount and the commission during one working day. Besides, the transfer can be returned to the Remitter with 50% return of the commission at any moment. In case of indicating incorrect Remittee’s data, these data can be changed on a Remitter’s request.
How to Receive a Money Transfer:
- address any of the numerous Clients Servicing Offices of Agroprombank which operate in convenient hours, including days off;
- fill in the form “For Receiving Money”;
- give the filled form to a bank worker and show your passport;
- the bank worker verifies requisites in the form with requisites given by the Remitter, and according to your passport data checks if the transfer belongs to you;
- take monetary means; receiving of money transfers is free of charge.
